What is TFTC?
The Tire Fair Trade Council is supported by the membership of companies and shops involved in tire sales throughout Japan. In addition to tires, there are many fair trade councils in each industry, and each aims to create an industry that pleases customers based on their regulations.

About the Tire Fair Competition Code
The Tire Fair Competition Code is designed to ensure voluntary and rational selection by general consumers and fair competition among businesses. It is operated by TFTC after being certified by the Consumer Affairs Agency. and the Fair Trade Commission. Please check the link for details.
About tire performance tests
TFTC established "Testing standards" for tires (abbreviation for "operational standards for testing methods and labeling methods for comparative labeling of product performance") and submitted them to the Consumer Affairs Agency. and the Fair Trade Commission. Operation has started. Accordingly, the test methods used by tire manufacturers for labeling for general consumers will be based on the "Test Standards". In addition, regarding the labeling system for Fuel Efficient tires, we have started operation based on the "Operational Standards for Fuel Efficient Tires" ("Operational Standards for Testing and Labeling Methods for Fuel Efficient Tires").
